Arts and design have long been my refuge and have served as pillars of strength throughout my life. I grew up with a love for drawing and painting, and decided to lead my life with these passions, and went on to professionally study art and design. I graduated from California College of the Arts with a BFA in Graphic Design, with honors.

Being invested in my own health led me to the wellness space, as I found other people of my kind, that were also looking to tell their own story, and for their own community. As person with multiple chronic illnesses, I often felt alone and unheard as I moved through the world, and wanted to help others feel less lonely, and understood.
